Human oversight belongs inside the workflow

An approval button is useful only when a person can understand what they are approving. The proposed action, relevant context and expected effect should be clear.

A workflow also needs a way to stop. Missing information, unavailable permissions or conflicting instructions should lead to a controlled next step, rather than an assumption of permission.

These are design priorities for SAMANTHA. Their implementation and evidence must be evaluated separately for each use case.
